Share market is going downstream, this may be good for some people and bad for rest of the others. Good for those who want to enter this market and bad for those who want to leave the market. But what surprise me more is that all of sudden there is very huge fall in the trading market. Today I will suggest some essential things that must be taken care into when the market is at rock bottom for small investors. Proper knowledge about the share market is one of the most important things which need to accomplished. It is generally seen that many of the middle class people are coming into the market for making money in short span of the time. They seldom do any of there homework’s, before putting their hard-earned money in stock markets.
Many of the investors, will only think that market is going to be always on uptrend. But that never happens. Not in any market of the world. Being cool is the key at this time, look for the key sectors which will be the key to earn the highest value of your prices. I have seen, with my peers that they tend to be influenced by the actions of his acquaintances, neighbors or relatives which may not help in long run. In case of emergency there is a golden rule which says “don’t panic”, this rule also applies in stock market also. For example, trading on the bourses was suspended on May 17, 2004, May 18, 2006 and recently on January 22, 2008. Investors who had taken speculative positions lost heavily when blood was on the street. Even investors who had the capacity to hold on to their investments, lost faith in the markets and sold their investments in a hurry, thus incurring heavy losses.
It a common mistake that many of the investors put their money on any particular type of shares. If you invest your money in different sectors, you will have lesser risk and industry will help you to learn more about that sector and which will eventually lead you to the path of success in long run trading. I feel myself that we should be optimistic in forecasting the Indian stock market as the market will definitely pick up the pace and grow. The key sectors which are going to play a important role in this growth would be power, manufacturing and infrastructure. If you can stick to these sectors, they would pay you huge returns in long run.

Yesterday Nokia launched two new models in the E-series range, these two models are E66 and E71. After this launch, now Nokia has 9 phones in its E-series segment. These handsets are having mobile email compatibility which supports more than 1000 thousand email accounts from almost all the leading email service providers like Gmail, Yahoo and Hotmail. Also Microsoft Office is installed in the mobile set where you can download email attachments in Word, Excel, Power point or PDF files. In Nokia E66, there is an orientation sensor which automatically optimizes itself for full screen viewing or activates the silent mode when the device is turned over. These two models will definitely attract the enterprise customers as both the handsets have integrated VPN support and use advanced encryption functionality. You have to pay Rs.22,949 and Rs. 23,689 for buying E71 and E66 respectively.
Nokia’s marketing director Devinder Kishore said, “Enterprise mobility is here to stay in India with wider acceptance of push email amongst corporates and prosumers. With both of these devices, we have responded to consumer feedback by making calendar and contacts available at the touch of a button.” The E71 has full BlackBerry Qwerty keyboard whereas the E66 slider gives email connectivity options, including Gmail and Windows Live. Moreover, the E66 has HSDPA connectivity for speedy downloads and has both Wi-Fi and GPS in the cell phone. Both the hand-sets have 2.4 inch screen and a 3.2-mega pixel camera and the main memory is expandable up to 8Gb with batter backup of 7.5 hours. But I think price is quite high so normal users will have to wait so that price would be reduced after some months.

We all have been hit by the steep rise in the prices of the petrol and diesel as a result whole Auto industry is expecting a dip in the sales of the automobiles across the nation. This happened in US market, but surprisingly Indian automobile industry registered a growth rate of around 8 to 10 percent. Most of the US Auto leaders showed downfall in their sales. For example, Toyota Motors reported 21 % drop in U.S. sales in June. It was the biggest year-over-year decline in Toyota’s U.S. sales for the last 10 years. On the other hand, Ford Motor posted a 28 % decline in sales. In a report form Autodata (Europe’s leading publisher and supplier of technical information for automotive professionals through printed and electronic media.), which says:
“The initial reading of industry wide auto sales showed sales tumbled to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 13.6 million vehicles in the month, down from the 14.3 million pace in May, which was also considered a weak month for sales, and 2 million cars and light trucks below the year-ago pace. It was also the weakest sales pace in 15 years.”
Whereas our Indian counterparts registered growth in the same period. Hero Honda has reported a 16 % increase in its motorcycles sales in June 2008. In the same period Bajaj reported a growth of 8 %. Maruti Suzuki India Limited sold 61,247 vehicles in June 2008. These include 4836 vehicles for the export markets. The company had sold a total of 59,917 vehicles in June 2007. Compared to the sales in June 2007, Maruti’s volume in the domestic A2 segment is up by 0.3 per cent while the A3 segment grew by 48 per cent over the period of last one year.
This growth is really a good sign for the manufacturing sector of Indian industry. We need to have words of appreciation for the entire Indian auto industry for their splendid performance in recent years. I think this will definitely boost India’s economy in the state of economic recession and prise rise..

You may be surprised to read the title of the post. What is Google doing with Saree, the most popular female garment in south-east Asia. Oogle is a designer Saree launched by SatyaPaul, which is an online shop for designer Indian clothes. Oogle is georgette jacquard printed sari along with unstitched blouse piece attached. Its price is USD. 299.88 (Rs. 11,995.00). This Saree looks like a Saree made up of the Google web search results. If you look closely at the design, the URL in the browser address field is shop.satyapaul.com, this is internet address of the Satya Paul online store. This is no doubt, a great idea to associate the search engine internet giant with Saree. Kudos to SatyaPaul designers.
Satya Paul which started in 1985 is now known globally for its excellence in design. The look is a strong interplay of patterns and color that the New York Times has hailed as works of Kinetic Art. They have re-invented the traditional sari as a modern classic, the Satya Paul product line also comprises of fusion and western clothing including scarves, bags, men’s accessories and fabrics and an entire range of classic bridal wear.
In this picture, the model wearing the Oogle Saree is Aditi Gowitrikar, a Mrs.World contest winner from India. This Saree is now available in some malls in Delhi, Gurgaon and Bangalore. If you are planning to buy any gift for your girl friend or wife, then in my opinion Oogle Saree is a good option for you.
Buy this Saree online at http://shop.satyapaul.com/products/690.html

Today I have found an article on Best Indian websites on PC world magazine. From social networking to health, job search to health, and Legal services to matrimony, they have published an extensive list of websites divided in 31 categories. PC World called in a panel of experts to rate the Indian websites. The ratings given to the websites were based on three criteria, Design Score, Technology and User evaluation. In Design score, their experts rated sites on two levels - design and usability. Design included colors, typography, visual appeal, consistency and typography. Usability took account interactively and customization to India. It was of 40 points out of 100. Technology having 40 points covered navigation with structure, interface, diversity error handling and security whereas in User evaluation which has 20 points, website content and overall user experience were taken care into. In case of a tie (same number of points), the website having higher technology score was given the higher priority. I am sharing the list of all the best websites in respective categories. Believe me, some of them were unknown to me before reading that issue of PC world magazine.

It is not a rumor now as today Microsoft has announced that it has acquired Powerset which is an internet company based in San Francisco, California that is developing a natural language search engine for the Internet. Microsoft has future plans to integrate the company’s search and natural language features into Live Search. The San Francisco-based company’s employees will now become part of Microsoft’s Search Relevance team. PowerSet is trying to build a natural language search engine that reads and understands every sentence on the Web. The company has licensed natural language technology from PARC, the former Xerox Palo Alto Research Center. On May 11, 2008, the company launched PowerSet.com, a search engine for searching contents on Wikipedia using conversational phrases rather than keywords.
According to the internet experts, Microsoft is very much impressed with their search techniques and profiles of the people working in PowerSet. Microsoft officials say, PowerSet shares a vision to take search to the next level by understanding the intent and meaning behind people’s search terms. So after acquiring PowerSet, Microsoft hopes to improve its understanding of users’ intent behind their searches and provide an improved user experience, instead of just running a straight query on the keywords used and forcing users to click through numerous results to find what they want. Let’s see how PowerSet’s new ideas and innovations help Microsoft to make a search engine better than Google.

I love to design flash websites. They are very popular among clients who want to launch a website for marketing their products. During early days, search engines were not able to index such flash powered websites. Most of the Flash-only websites are basically invisible to search engines. From time to time search engines technology developed and now today Adobe has announced it has teamed up with Google and Yahoo to make Flash files indexable by search engines. This announcement is a big relief for Flash developers (including me also) who have been wishing for ways to make their content searchable for close to a decade. Google can now index all kinds of textual content in SWF files, like that included in Flash gadgets, buttons, menus, entirely self-contained Flash websites. It can now also follow URLs embedded within Flash files to add to the crawling pipeline. This new indexing technology does not include FLV files. Such FLV video files are on mainly websites like YouTube. These FLV files are generated as videos and don’t contain any text elements like an SWF file does.
If the website contains flash, the textual content in the flash files can be used when Google generates a snippet for the website. Also, the words that appear in the flash files can be used to match query terms in Google searches. This means that Google can easily find and index the textual content in Flash files. Google is also trying to discover URLs that appear in Flash files, and feeding them into their crawling pipeline just like they do with URLs that appear in non-Flash web pages. If the flash website contains links to pages inside the website, Google may now be better able to discover and crawl more of the website.
Still there are some limitations with Google searching and indexing flash websites. Googlebot does not execute some JavaScript. So if the web page loads a Flash file via JavaScript, Google may not be aware of that Flash file, so in this case it will not be indexed. If the flash file loads an HTML file, an XML file, another SWF file, etc., Google will separately index that resource, but it will not yet be considered to be part of the content in that very flash file. Currently there are difficulties with Flash content written in bidirectional languages.

These days, I am doing some research on human relationship. What I feel is that the relationships we have with other people are nothing but projections of the relationships we have within ourselves or better say, with our soul. Our external relationships and our internal relationships are in fact the same relationships. They only seem different because we look at them through different eyes. Today I am going to present a really beautiful poem on this “Human Relationship”. This short poem describes two people wanting to separate - resembled by body and soul and how one person is not willing to let the other go, yet the other finds no reasons to stay. In other words, at first they were inseparable and later how one of them wants to part ways , yet the other does not want to let relationship end. This poem is written by Sonu Singhal. He is currently working as a Software Engineer in a multinational company.
Wounded Soul
A cyclone erupts outside,
Strong winds refusing to die,
Not a soul is in sight,
Can’t anyone hear my soul cry?
Something hurts deep inside,
The pain is too much to bear,
But there ain’t any external wound,
Seems this cruel world doesn’t care.
My arms trying to hold on to the soul,
The soul wanting to forsake it all,
Finally the arms let go,
In a deep hole it descents as it falls.
Body seems dead and cold,
Beseeching the soul to return,
Time slowly sucks life away,
The flame dims as it burns.
Body screaming in pain,
It’s trembling, too much for the soul to see,
Quickly it would be all over,
And soon the soul would be free.
I know I’ve made some mistakes,
And I’ve not always been sweet and kind,
But I’ve never left thy side,
True love like ours is hard to find.
But these words don’t impress the soul,
It wants to feel free like a bird,
It mocks at the reasons given by body,
All reasons to him seem absurd.
The body collapses and falls to the ground,
Finally it succumbs to the pain,
It tried and tried till its last breath,
But all his attempts have gone in vain.
But there is a lesson in this story,
Not all relations last till the end,
Some hearts are meant to be broken,
Not all broken hearts can mend.

What catches the people, it’s the emotions. This is a proven fact that no one can deny, even the biggest hit movies of all times are based on some sort of emotions which tend to carry more and more visitors towards the cinema halls. This formula is also useful in case of Television. “Kynoki Sash Bhi Kabhi Bhau Thi” serial was a big hit, have you ever thought why ? In my opinion, it was closely able to link us with our daily day to day life in one way or the other. Soon this formula was copied by there competitors and the routine application of such serials have made this concept so unpopular that people became bored of such types of soaps. Let us take another example, every middle class Indian who faces a crunch of money wants to become millionaire in seconds. Kaun Banega Crorepati on Star Plus and Indian Idol on Sony changed the whole story of the soaps of the Television industry. One one side Kaun Banega Crorepati brought the money, and on other, Indian Idol brought the name and fame to the middle class people of India. All the winners of Indian Idol like Abhijeet Sawant, Rahul Vaid etc were from middle class. These were the next biggest hits of the Indian TV. Soon formula was adopted by many of the other TV channels and parallel shows started featuring every channel.
But is this the correct way to bring money and fame. I am really hurt when I see small children involved in such game of making money. If the child has to perform in class to fulfill his parents expectation of getting high marks in exams then with reality shows they have to perform at a bigger platforms. Parents think that they have to prepare their children to survive in this competitive world. It is correct, and congrats to all such parents who have succeeded in there mission. But consider the mental stress which a child is facing at such a tender age. If we have small issue at our office we tend to blow down and think of a child who fails to perform on stage, what will happen to his or her confidence. The name and fame is liked by each one of us, but not all are equal but when it comes to competitions. Question still remains open to all, are these shows help us in development of society ? which I am leaving to my readers.

Today, YouTube is fastest growing website in the world. It has changed the way videos are embedded on web pages. Within three years of its launch, it has become world’s number 2 website (according to Alexa traffic ranking). It has become big repository of TV shows, music videos, music concerts, sports events and commercials. YouTube has been criticized frequently for failing to ensure that its online content adheres to the law of copyright. There are millions of unauthorized clips from television shows, films and music videos on YouTube. YouTube administrators do not view videos before they are posted online, and it is left to copyright holders to issue a takedown notice under the terms of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Some organizations like Viacom and the English Premier League have issued lawsuits against YouTube, claiming that it has done too little to prevent the uploading of copyrighted material.

With Increased terrorist attacks around the world, which has added more uncertainty in our life, insurance sector is coming with new schemes to get insured against the terrorist attacks. This initiative has been taken by click2insure.in who has launched a insurance policy to provide a cover of Rs 1 lakh in the event of death due to a terrorist attack. Thousand of families lost their bread earner every year to acts of terrorism. In addition to the emotional loss these acts also cause immense financial hardship to the families. This policy is an attempt to provide some financial security to sufferers of terrorism. click2insure.in is a part of Optima Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. According to CEO Rahul Agarwal, A total of one lakh such policies underwritten by New India Assurance will be issued, but it excludes terrorist attacks in Jammu & Kashmir and the northeastern states.
I think this is a nice initiative taken by this insurance company. As we can see that terrorists mainly target the crowded places in big cities. For example in Jaipur, many of the killed people were workers in the stalls of these market, majority of them being the single person who is earning. So I believe that this insurance will provide such families a small financial security. Overall, it is an excellent idea which needs to be supported by NGOs, government and other organizations.

Hey this is great news for webmasters and internet geeks, now they would not have to depend on suffixes like .com, .net, .biz, .org and .info for their identity on internet. Up till now, all the top-level domain names were restricted by the ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) for private use. They organization has decided that now Companies and individual can have unlimited choices such as .India, .indian, .bangalore, .potato, .abhishek, .bollywood type of high level domain names. But for this you may have to pay from Rs 40 lakh to Rs 2 crore. Now you will very soon see high level domain names like .microsoft, .google, .india, .tata, .reliance, .ibm, .blog etc.
ICANN personnel has said that trademark and intellectual property owners will get priority. Applicants should show business plan and technical capacity before bidding for high level names. Disputed domains will be auctioned to the highest bidder. ICANN has also reserved the right to reject a domain on “morality or public order” grounds, and the matter may go to an international arbitration committee. I think this new concept will drastically increase the buying selling of domain names. I am also thinking to bid for .abhishek

Do you know each year, the top graduate schools accept less than 20% of their highly qualified applicants. Actually the graduate school Admissions Committees want to make sure that applicants have the necessary personal background to succeed in their school or college. Other admissions factors involve concerns whether applicants will contribute to the program’s unique mix of personalities, intellectual criticism, personal experiences, and aptitudes. While your GPA and GRE score can be quantified, can you put a number on your intellectual criticism, attention to detail, and ability to entertain and work with opposing ideas? The graduate school personal statement or admission essay is the best option to highlight your accomplishments, experiences, and true potential. Your personal statement distinguishes yourself from other applicants with similar scores and backgrounds.
In the graduate school admission essay, the student has to write about career aspirations, academics, strengths and weaknesses, past experiences or jobs, and reasons for applying to that college. On internet there are many services available that provide support and guidance in completing your admission essays but I like admissionsessays.com due to their good reputation and highly supportive customer care. They generally offer two type of services :: 1. Model Essay Development. Their experienced writers will gather all your personal facts and details, and turn them into a completely unique and world class admission essay. 2. Essay Critique / Analysis / Revision. If you have already drafted your admission essay then their experts can provide constructive criticism and detailed analysis on improving the essay. So if you are in search of good admission essays then just try admissionsessays.com for better results.
